Terms of Use

Nemonic is in private beta. These are pre-launch terms; we'll replace them with proper terms reviewed by counsel before the public launch.

Service

Nemonic is a Slack-integrated workspace for sharing, reviewing, and searching artifacts. We provide it "as is," with no uptime guarantee during beta. We may change, add, or remove features without notice.

Your content

You own everything you upload. We store it to operate the product on your behalf. We won't use your content to train models or sell it. Internal company access to your content is limited to debugging issues you report and operating the service.

Acceptable use

Don't use Nemonic to do illegal things, harass others, spam, or host malware. We'll terminate accounts that do.

Termination

You can stop using Nemonic at any time by uninstalling it from your Slack workspace. We can terminate access for violations of these terms. On termination, see the data deletion provisions in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

During beta, Nemonic is provided without warranty. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using Nemonic.
