Privacy Policy

This is Nemonic's pre-launch privacy policy. We'll formalize it with counsel before the public launch; in the meantime, here's the honest version of what we do with the data you give us.

Information we collect

Waitlist signups. When you join the waitlist, we store your email address and the time you signed up. We may also store the referring page or campaign source if you arrive from a tracked link, so we know which channels are working.

Product usage (if you're a beta user). If you install Nemonic in your Slack workspace, we store the artifacts you upload (HTML, JSX, ZIP files), the comments you make, the channels those artifacts live in, and basic identity information from Slack (display name, email, Slack user ID). Workspace bot tokens are encrypted at rest.

How we use it

Waitlist emails are used to email you about Nemonic — typically once or twice a quarter, more often if you ask us to keep you updated. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties. If you reply to one of our emails, that's a conversation; we treat it like one.

Beta-user data is used only to operate the product on your behalf and to debug issues you report. Engineers may view your data when actively investigating a problem you've raised; we don't routinely browse workspace content.

How long we keep it

Waitlist emails: until you ask to be removed, or until we delete the list (e.g., after we've fully onboarded everyone).

Beta-user data: until you uninstall Nemonic from your Slack workspace. Uninstalling triggers deletion of your workspace's sessions and workspace row; artifact rows are removed in a follow-on cleanup (data-lifecycle work is on our hardening roadmap and not yet automated end-to-end).

Your rights

Email us at hello@churnkey.co to request removal from the waitlist, export of your beta-user data, or deletion of all your data. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe (target: 7 days).
